What counts as one conversation?+

One conversation is one bounded interaction with a single customer, in a single channel, about a single issue — counted once from the first message to closure. A chat that escalates to a ticket is still one conversation, never billed twice.

Does MindX AI send responses, or queue drafts for me to approve?+
